CLINICAL EXPERIENCE:
Olivia is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with years of commitment to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. She began her professional journey in the school setting, where she worked closely with students and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. These include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, stress management, ADHD, school refusal, and many others. Olivia has experience providing individual psychotherapy and group therapy, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Olivia is currently working towards her hours for her LCSW designation, and is working under the supervision of Mallory Silberman, LCSW
Olivia’s approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where her clients feel seen. She understands that everyone's journey is unique and tailors her approach to fit the individual needs of her clients. Olivia utilizes a trauma-informed framework alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as she believes that true healing comes from understanding and addressing the root causes of pain in order to break free from cycles of suffering. Her goal is to guide clients toward lasting emotional well-being, offering them the tools they need to feel empowered and whole.
